Mannum sits closer to our Mount Pleasant workshop than most people expect: about 30 minutes out through Palmer. That makes the town and the Mid Murray properties around it an easy run for Iron Works, without city call-out travel times.
We are fully mobile, so the welder, generator and cutting gear come to the job: a riverfront block, a farm shed out toward Cambrai, or a boat trailer sitting in the driveway.
Sean has been welding since 2014 and certified since 2019, across agricultural, industrial and structural work. Steel, aluminium and stainless are all on the rig.

Mannum mixes two kinds of work. In town and along the river there are boat and jet-ski trailers, alloy fittings, balustrades, gates and carports for river shacks and homes, all things that need a welder who can work in aluminium as well as steel.
Out of town it is farming country: cropping and grazing properties with tractors, implements, stock crates, gates and yards that take a beating. When something breaks mid-season, we weld it on the property so it is back to work sooner.
