Murray Bridge is the working heart of the Murraylands — irrigation and dairy country along the river, dryland cropping on the flats, food and stock processing in town, and the river itself running through the middle of it. That combination means everything from harvesters and headers to aluminium boats needs a welder who can come to the job.
Iron Works is fully mobile. We load the welder, generator and tooling and drive to the property, the shed or the riverbank, rather than asking you to cart a machine up the highway. During harvest or a milking routine, on-site repair is often the only option that makes sense.
Sean has welded across agricultural, industrial and structural work since 2014, certified since 2019, so heavy machinery, stainless and aluminium are all on the table. Bigger fabrication runs through our Mount Pleasant workshop, up in the Hills.

From The Paddock To The River
Murraylands work runs the full range. On the land: header and harvester repairs mid-season, tractor and implement welding, stock crates and cattle yards, feed and grain handling gear, and the irrigation steel — pump stands, pipe brackets and frames — that keeps water moving. When a header cracks a front during harvest, every hour parked is grain left standing, so we repair it in the paddock.
On the river: aluminium is a big part of what Murray Bridge needs — boat and pontoon repairs, tank and fuel-cell work, and light alloy fabrication that has to be welded clean. We carry aluminium capability on the rig, alongside stainless for the food and dairy side of town.
